TouchArcade forum member TheGeekNextDoor noted that Pangea Software's Cro-Mag Rally [App Store] has dropped in price from $9.99 to $5.99.

We'd previously compared Cro-Mag Rally to Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 3D and felt that while Crash Bandicoot had the slight edge, both were fine titles. So, if you were unsure, the price drop may help make your decision.

A recent story described how developers were still adjusting prices to find the perfect spot. Gameloft had recently dropped the price of their Sudoku [App Store] and Solitaire [App Store] versions from $7.99 to $3.99.

I bought this on launch day and have enjoyed playing it for the past couple of weeks. That said, it's becoming fairly apparent that patience is a virtue with the App Store - not only for developers waiting for releases and updates to be approved, but also for customers waiting for prices to drop. It'll be interesting to see how low they go, and it'll be GREAT to see developers releasing games and apps for less than the 'magic' $9.99 price point, which for whatever reason they all seem to think their apps are worth.

At last. Now I might reconsider purchasing the game.
The only game I've seen so far that can justify $10 is Super Monkey Ball. Not because it's particularily awesome (I think it's an okay game), but because it provides hours of fun and play and new every new leve provides a new challenge.

Crassh is not such a game. Within 1 and a half week of casual play I completed all missions and gold star on all cups.

Which also means that Dizzy Bee is a steal ;)
