Following Playdigious’ announcement that the company is bringing Viking strategy game Northgard ($5.99) to iOS and Android. Northgard originally debuted on PC back in 2018 and it has since come to consoles including Nintendo Switch. Playdigious also revealed that the mobile debut for Northgard will be on iOS with an Android release to follow later. After revealing the release date for Northgard on iOS and then detailing the DLC roadmap, the game has finally launched on the App Store for iOS today as a premium port with DLC available. You play as a clan of Vikings who discover the land of Northgard as you build your settlement, assign various jobs, manage resources, and more in this strategy adventure experience. Northgard on iOS includes the Ragnarok and Relics updates and content in addition to the base game alongside a revamped interface for mobile, Game Center achievements, and iCloud save support for progress sync between devices. If you’d like to check it out Northgard is out now on the App Store for iOS here for $7.99 with the price set to go to $8.99 soon. Northgard‘s DLC is priced at $2.99 each right now including the Clan of the Snake which is free for launch week. The Scale Bundle is priced at $6.99 on the App Store.
