When Thylacine Studios released their latest game Siralim 3 on Steam earlier this week and said that the mobile version would be released “When it’s ready," I didn’t know that it was, like, THAT ready. Siralim 3 ($4.99) has just arrived on the iOS App Store and on the Google Play Store for Android with each version running $4.99 with no IAP. Following in the footsteps of the jump from the original Siralim to Siralim 2, this third sequel takes an already massive and genre-spanning game and makes it even bigger and better. Thylacine attempts to point out some of the differences and improvements between 2 and 3 in this FAQ, but the truth is there’s just so much to Siralim 3 that it can’t all be put neatly into words. If you enjoyed the first two games though, I think you already know you’ll be mashing the buy button on Siralim 3.
If you aren’t familiar with the Siralim games, then a good place to start would be our review of the original game. Keep in mind though that the review was from around the game’s original release, and over the course of the next two years there were numerous updates and expansions that polished up and added to the game. Then you should check out our review of Siralim 2 to see how all that progress working on the first game resulted in a bigger and better sequel in just about every way imaginable. Again, Siralim 2 also received a ton of post-launch love so that review doesn’t quite tell the whole story, but both reviews should at least give you an idea of the type of game you’re in for with Siralim 3. We’ll have our resident Siralim expert Shaun sit down with this new release and hopefully can have some thoughts about it soon, but in the meantime there’s a forum thread where you can check out some discussion and like I said if you were already a fan of the first two games you’ve probably already hit the buy button by now.

It is here ! The game i've been awaiting the most this year !
To those who wonder what it can compare to : It's like Shin Megami Tensei was made by the devs of Disgaea, with a roguelite touch on top.
Game basically has infinite replayability and an INSANE amount of content, its min-maxers paradise. I spent over 500 hours combined on the last 2 games and im eager to repeat that here ! :)
It’s like every good RPG mixed with a rogue
Love the first two this one is going to be super good too
Just now seeing this
Going to buy it now, thanks! Love the first two
Youre in for another treat, its like the first two combined with like twice as much content... this game is so huge hahaha.
I do notice that game elements are brought to you at a slower pace than the first 2 though
I know I shouldn't be too superficial, but mannnn those graphics are... Um... graphics...
Uhhhh tell me about it. You can be superficial all you want. If the graphic is nice, I’d then dig deeper. At least it shows effort, right? If the graphic doesn’t impress me I won’t bother looking for any more info.
With the amount of content this game has and considering its all done by one person alone.... I think it looks fine, graphics are definitely not the focus of this game.
But then there are games that have both content *and* graphics; whether a game is made by one person or by the population of a small country is irrelevant when playing the final game.
Sure I'd pick a game with great content and bad graphics over a game with bad content and great graphics, but why take one or the other when you can have both in other games?
I feel that people are not making the gap between graphics and artstyle wide enough.
While this game has not so good graphics, it has very spot-on artstyle, reminiscent of WRPGs from the 90s, to be thats a very strong vibe as I grew up with these.
