Ravenous Games hasn’t forgotten about us little mobile people after announcing an upcoming game would be desktop-first. In fact, they’re working on a brand new turn-based roguelike called Tiny Rogue for mobile. Don’t confuse it with the similarly-titled MicRogue ($1.99). But this game does show some differences, being more of an RPG-focused experience with leveling, not just about getting away from a deadly dragon as that game was about. But you’re gonna want to do well, regardless, as you have high scores to compete for.

I’m a sucker for mobile-friendly roguelikes, and this one has definitely caught my eye. There’s a forum thread if you want to know more or ask the developers questions. Expect this one to hit mid-November, assuming everything else with development and Apple approvals goes well. Though I do think they should’ve gone with “Tiny Roguelike" as they mention in the thread as the name.
