'2079' Shooter Free for 48 Hours
posted November 27th, 2008 10:23 PM EST by arn in Sales2079 [App Store], the fun shooter we reviewed has dropped it's price to Free for the next 48 hours. We really enjoyed the game for $0.99 and as a free download, you should just go ahead and get it.
Forum user rhcpdrummer discovered an easter egg in the game that unlocks a different gaming mode:
Hey i found a cool easteregg- if u hit the question mark button on the menu screen then tap the screen that pops up, then tap the yellow diamond shaped sign, it'll open up this new gameplay mode where your on a cube.

I've been playing this game for an hour while the old people talk. It's pretty cool, but this is one of those games where you wished you had a joystick. It'll remain on my iPod.

Props for an easy access tilt calibration.
