Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 3D Released

Yesterday, Apple opened the iTunes App Store to the public, but without an official 2.0 Firmware update yet, we still haven't seen the final release. Apple is still working to get applications onto the iTunes App Store.
One title that just appeared today is the much anticipated Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart which we previously covered. The game can be purchased for $9.99 at the iTunes App Store. (iTunes Store Link). We've embedded an updated YouTube video of the game:

am i crazy to buy this game a and super monkey ball but do not have the iphone 2.0 upgrade, i think so.

Dang, I'll wait to buy a game I guess.
I can't seem to buy it either. "no longer available". Of course, I also upgraded my original iphone and now it's bricked. So I guess it doesn't matter.
I can't really tell but are you powersliding by holding down your thumb on the screen. If that's the case, awesome.
biggest question with gfx intensive games like this is: how's battery life going to be?

You steer with the tilt, it auto-accelerates. To do the drift it's like mario kart (if i remember correctly), you jump (press) as you turn then hold it. The framerate is pretty horrific at the start of the race with everyone, but clears up after!
great game, but MAJOR framerate issues. i wouldn't buy it until they update it with speed fixes.
Where is multiplayer????? GImmie
