Latest ‘Infinity Blade’ Novel, Infinity Blade: Redemption, Now Available in iTunes

TouchArcade Rating:

IBR_eBookCoverJust a quick heads up that the new Infinity Blade novel, subtitled Redemption, has jumped the gun of its originally planned release date of September 9th and is now available in the iTunes Book Store for $2.99.

As we posted about last month when we learned about the upcoming book, there’s plenty of crazy lore surrounding the universe in Infinity Blade, but the games themselves never get too in-depth or provide too many answers about it. Novels like the brand new Redemption and the previously released Infinity Blade Novel Awakening can provide more information for those who crave it and fill in some of the gaps that arise during the storylines provided in the games.

Also, we’re pretty sure with a new book coming out and Infinity Blade: Dungeons getting officially canned back in July, as well as several hints from bigwigs at Epic and Chair, that this likely means a new proper Infinity Blade game is on the horizon.

While we wait for more information regarding that, dive into Infinity Blade: Redemption via the iTunes link below. It doesn’t appear that the book is on Amazon or any other digital storefronts just yet though, but I’d imagine we’ll be seeing it on those in the coming days.

        Me too

    6. Lohengriehn

no iap? consider the game purchased at me :-)

      1. nini

Really? A policy of "No IAP = instabuy" seems a blind way to go about choosing games.

        1. Xissoric

I agree, there have been some pretty garbage games that have no iap.

        2. Lohengriehn

Yes, really. There is also a trailer to watch and a thread to read....no iap=instabuy at me. Easy that is.
If the other user bought crap games I feel sorry, but thats life :-) Possibly he needs to check trailers too :-)

Okay but I reckon hardline anti-IAPs are doing little for their cause due to their absolute views and as we know, only the Sith deal in absolutes.

            1. jsrco

Using the same kind of argument you did, you are wrong, because the Sith aren't real.

If you read on these forums, you know that many people buy apps like this one becuase they have have no IAP.

            2. lepke

Bs, I bet he like the game but since it has no IAP it is a definite buy and I myself come across many games I enjoy but due to being published by EA or has excessive IAP will refuse to buy it, even if I enjoy the game.

The bs however is that the true statement should be"only George Lucas deal in absolutes" ;)

    7. Press2Play

Dead space + mass effect = dead effect.

      1. nini

It's like if they had babies!!

      2. nettacki

I knew someone would make the connection.

    8. Jake7905

Lets see, a space themed FPS, that will sell for 4 bucks with no IAP, and is being published by Bulkypix? Would be an instabuy if it had multiplayer.

      1. Bool Zero

In rebuttal, not every game needs multiplayer and there are still a large group of gamers who enjoy games for the single player experience. Every game doesn't have to be a social affair afterall...

        1. yaboyrasp

Yes but we cannot deny that multiplayer extends a games life...

        2. Jake7905

Actually I prefer single player games and hardly ever play multiplayer, but a FPS game is a different story to me. I find the campaigns in these types of games are usually a little on the shallow side (even with the Modern Combat series) and that a multiplayer mode adds depth and longevity. The same rule applies to racing and fighting (Street Fighter types) games, for me at least.

    9. master lee

Take my money and give me Zombies in Space Hell yea!!!

    10. PresidentZer0

      Another dead tigger... Yeeeeeeeesh..... -.-

    12. joaquin_ondamoon

      ZOMBIES.....IN SPAAAAAAACCE!

    13. hourglass

Meh, I'm not a real big fan of Bulkypix.

    14. Max

I'm dead tired of zombie games.

    15. Shirflex

Why did they get the name from dead space and mass effect... Besides. I'm sick of those zombi games

    16. spawn12345

So its come to the point where not having IAP is a feature in iOS game.

In other news the game looks fricking awesome!!

    17. Nasif Rahim
