The first spin-off in the Escape From Zombie City series. The zombie virus has mutated into an airborne virus and with every breath you take, you become more and more infected.

Use the twin digital joysticks to move around and to shoot. Collect guns to replenish your ammo count. Collect pills to reduce your Infection meter.

Avoid contact with zombies, contact increases your Infection meter. Once it hits 100% or more, you'll die and turn into a zombie.

Try and survive until the clock runs out.

Three difficulty settings.
