The first spin-off game of the Escape From Zombie City series. Choose from four different game modes: Easy, Normal, Hard, and introducing a new Score Attack mode. Easy, Normal, and Hard are all survival-type game modes where you must last until the timer runs out, the higher the difficulty, the longer the timer and the lower your ammo. In Score Attack, you don't have to worry about ammo or time, just run around and kill zombies until you succumb to the infection.
