The Popular FPS ‘Critical Ops’ Has Just Launched in 130 Countries, But No US Launch Yet

If you like first-person shooters, you’ve probably heard – or maybe even tried – Critical Ops, the popular mobile shooter that plays a lot like Counter-Strike. The game has been out in Canada for a few weeks now, but today the developer announced that the game has launched in more than 130 countries. According to the announcement, you can download the game in most countries of the world, but interestingly enough, you can’t get the game in the US yet. Of course, if you are in the US and have a second App Store account anywhere in the world, the chances are you can download the game today. If you don’t know how to do that, you can follow our guide and make a second App Store account.

The game has been quite the hit, especially considering it hasn’t been available in most countries until today. Our very own Carter has been playing the game on our Mobcrush channel and been having quite a fun time with it. Since the game is still in development, it has its issues, but recent updates have been fixing most of them. Hopefully we’ll get to see it on the US App Store soon (for all we know it might be an issue of days), but if you’re anxious to check it out, jump over to pretty much any other store in the world and pick it up.
