'Scribblenauts Remix' DLC Hits, Adds 20 More Levels

Pound through Scribblenauts Remix [$1.99] on launch night? Now there's good reason to give it another go. Warner Brothers has just announced the availability of the game's first bit of DLC. It's a pack that adds a total of 20 new levels split into two chapters and an additional fantasy-themed playground complete with a king and a throne.

The price is pretty agreeable: 5th Cell is looking for $.99 in return for some more fun in the oddly entertaining and incredibly inspired puzzle game. We've spent a few minutes with the new content, by the way, and we're pretty sure you'll dig the new missions. Check out screens of a few just below:

    Did anyone else find the original levels incredibly easy? There didn't seem to be a reward for being creative, either.

      I agree (for many of the levels). But creativity is still more fun, if you choose to go that route!

        a small minority of the levels asked for to specific things which became an annoyance even with the hints, while the majority were lax and you could literally end it with the millions of possibilities. critics seem to call it creativity where as i just consider it bad game design. it needs mixing up, became stale to quickly. did they ever add things to do with the stars you collected?

      I would have at least hoped for a "better than average" solution credit, but as the game is fun as heck...

    Still have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth from the inexplicably non-Universal-non-iCloud Run Roo Run, but I might come around on this much more user-friendly DLC release eventually.

    For me I never play scribblenauts for the levels and just for the messing around with near infinite possible items. I love it.

    Is this an IAP? I can't see any Game update on the french appstore right now...

    5th Cell needs too make this app compatable with 2nd gens! I want to play this game so bad! I also want to play Run Roo Run, but I cant! It SUCKS.

    Make it available in South East Asia... Its been out so long yet no release over here. Yet, Run Roo Run is available?!? What's up with that? And I finished that in 2 days with perfect stars. Hope the weekly updates are more difficult.

    Can someone please tell me how to buy the new levels please? I've re-downloaded and can't see any options at all for IAPs!!

      I am having the same problem with my ipad. The option shows up on my kids' ipods, but not my ipad.
