Lites to Try: Atlantis Sky Patrol, Dirt Moto Racing, Harbor Master

Here are a few games that have recently come out with Lite versions that are worth checking out.

Atlantis Sky Patrol Lite – This incredibly well-made marble shooting game had the unfortunate timing of coming out immediately before Luxor. As a result, the game hasn't seen as much attention as it might have. The game adds a bit of a twist to the standard marble shooting games by adding stationary elements that must be completely destroyed in order to pass a level. It's enough to keep the game interesting enough for fans of Stoneloops or Luxor.

Dirt Moto Racing Lite – A high quality ATV racer from Resolution Interactive. We really enjoyed the full version of the game. The controls felt "right" and the phyics were solid. For $4.99, it's a solid buy, but you can try it out for yourself.

Harbor Master LiteHarbor Master seems to be the second most popular line-drawing chaos management games after Flight Control which popularized the genre. After seeing initial success with the title, Imangi adopted a frequent update model and is up to their 5th episode, now with 6 unlockable maps. It'll be interesting to see if the Lite version of Harbor Master will introduce an untapped segment of the app buying population to this genre.

  • Is the Atlantis Sky Patrol Lite for Iphone? I saw a mouse in the game play video.

On the first game of Dirt Moto Racing Lite (in the video), I though you would be the last, but it turns out to be the first place, amazing race lol

The Harbor Master Lite looks very good. I like the line-drawing part, I mean, setting up the route for the ships using line drawing, really awesome !! Two thumbs up

Atlantis Sky Patrol is for iphone. I have the full version and I love it. I think its 'art deco' graphics and twist to the marble shooter genre make it stand above the others.
