IllusionLabs' Sway and Touchgrind on a Massive Multi-Touch Table

While this technically doesn't fall in the category of iPhone gaming, we couldn't resist posting this demo video from Illusion Labs showing off TouchGrind [App Store] and Sway [App Store] on a large multi-touch table.
Both games are, of course, available for the iPhone, but this video shows what might be possible if we had access to larger multi-touch devices.
In a world first, Illusion Labs shows off their commercial games running on a big screen multi-touch table. In this video we show our games on a platform by Touchtech in cooperation with Crowd.
Wow so I can use this nice broad table to skate and still not see where I'm going or what's a head of me.
Fingerboard sim or skateboard sim you should still be able to know what's up ahead which would be so bad if I could edit my own course.
oh well perhaps game like Orions would work very well for this
Maybe a the future of Magic the Gathering gaming.

Probably only few months away from this being within the grasp of most people here. Surely an Apple tablet is on the cards?
Have they ported the games over to a different platform or is that running the original Cocoa touch code? Looks great either way.

I fail to see the point of guiding a little skate board around on a table with your fingers and making it spin a couple times.
I'd say the point is expansion, creative brainstorming and testing the bounds of development.

Wow. I've been skeptical of the idea for years, but I'm sold.
This would make touchgrind ten times easier. It's a good game, but there's no way to tell where your going, so it makes the actual skating part of it ridiculous. But this is really awesome.
Talk about gaming in the palm of your hand. . . if you're a giant!
I can't imagine these being available for home-use in the near future, but this could bring arcade's back in fashion. How cool would some of the games be if they used the touch screen tablets
I can't believe that no one's mentioned the Microsoft Surface thus far…I mean, Apple certainly has the most popular touch-screen tech around, but let's give credit where it's due for large, table-like touch screen devices.
Does look cool though; however the idea of staring straight down at a table for hours to play a real game would get quite tiring, and for the price that I'm sure they'd cost, that's the kind of game I'd want to justify the purchase with.
Wow, Touchgrind looks like the coolest game ever on that surface.
Man, imagine playing RTS by touching your troops and and tapping where you'd like them to go, or drawing a circle around the ground you wanted to select, the touching a button to bring up a command console to order more planes or something.
