Gamevice MFi Controller Now Available at Apple Store, iPad Pro Version in the Works

TouchArcade Rating:

If you want an iOS MFi controller that holds your device and isn’t just a Bluetooth controller, then good news: it just became easier to get your hands on the Gamevice. Starting today, you can pick up the Gamevice at Apple Stores around the world, for $99.95 each. Now, that is expensive in comparison to other controllers – the SteelSeries Nimbus goes for $49.99 after all, and my personal favorite the Mad Catz CTRLi can be found for the same price (and it features an iPhone clip). But the advantage is of course getting a wired connection, and there’s definitely a benefit to having the system held in place at a comfortable angle.

The Gamevice is available in the iPhone 6/S/Plus model, the iPad Mini model, and the 9.7" iPad model, which is available now. Oh, and if you have an iPad Pro 12.3", you may be pleased to know that a Gamevice for you is coming soon. What a time to be alive!

      Looking forward to it!

"The first M-rated Batman game to release"? Look, I'd like to pretend Arkham Knight never happened too, but...

Aside from the batmobile tank missions I loved arkham knight, although city is definitely my personal fave

The Batmobile tank missions were definitely the worst part of the game. Followed by the stupid, stupid story. I'd figured out who the Arkham Knight was by the time he finished saying his first line of dialogue, but the World's Greatest Detective can't figure it out because...the Joker told him he was dead, and it's not like the Joker would lie about something like that?

And that's coming from someone who had mostly-okay performance from the PC version of the game. (It DID crash a few times.)

It came with my graphics card; for a game I didn't pay any money for, it wasn't bad. I'd have been pissed if I'd actually paid for it.

The last act was pretty good. But yeah, I don't see ever replaying it. I've already played through the first two games twice each.

Arkham knight was the tamest M rated game I ever played, the torture scene was the only thing they went all out in, everything else was censored. Oh, the season of infamy DLC had a hospital sequence that was very brutal but it wasn't part of the base game.

I was thinking the same thing, although Arkham Knight was one of my favorite games of last year.

    3. Wizard of Odyssey

I have all the TellTale games, but never find the time to play them. Yes, I'm an idiot, but it really says something that I'm likely going to get into this one. Probably.

Akrham knight was the first rated M Batman game to be released

    5. curtisrshideler

Heck yeah, Travis representing us TCU Horned Frog Theatre alums. That guy gets to do a ton of game voice overs that I'd like to be doing. Can't wait to hear how it turns out!

    6. Party of No Compromise

Funny how Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey end up on the same gigs: Batman, Halo 5, Fullmetal Alchemist, Critical Role (though that's more for fun than a job). The perks of being married?

    7. bestkevin

Omg, that first pic. Batman is doing animal and woman abuse!? O_O

    8. Tallgeese

I like Booker, but Kevin Conroy's still my faves Batman voice actor...

Enn Reitel as Alfred should be good. If you're a British TouchArcadian & over 40, you might remember he was one of the voice artists on Spitting Image in the '80s & '90s along with Steve Coogan, Alistair McGowan, Harry Enfield, etc.

Right, I'll let you youngsters talk amongst yourselves again.
