Back in November of last year, we went hands-on with the sickeningly adorable roguelite dungeon crawler Sproggiwood, which launched on PC last October and was on its way to the mobile platform. Today developer Freehold Games has sent word that the mobile version of Sproggiwood finally has a release date, next Thursday, May 28th. Check out the brand new mobile launch trailer.
Freehold is billing this as a “‘PC-perfect’ port that matches the desktop version feature for feature and pixel by pixel." As such, they’ll be following a similar payment model for Sproggiwood on mobile, which will be a premium release at $9.99 with no IAP. Currently the game costs $14.99 on Steam but just prior to the mobile release next week that version will be dropping its price down to $9.99 so all versions of the game will be on the same page. Don’t forget to read the aforelinked preview and look for Sproggiwood to hit the App Store next Thursday.
