Following its initial reveal, PUBG: New State (Free) from Krafton is finally available to pre-order on the App Store. Pre-registrations for PUBG: New State began a while ago on Google Play with closed beta information and even future tests detailed. While PUBG: New State doesn’t have a confirmed release date, the App Store pre-order page lists it for October 8th, 2021. This can change of course and it isn’t a confirmed date until Krafton announces one. PUBG: New State will be a 1.2GB download according to the App Store listing as well. It is going to be interesting to see how PUBG: New State and PUBG Mobile both evolve over time on iOS and Android. As of now, the second closed alpha will take place later this month. Details for it are here with a list of supported countries. If you’re not in a supported country for the second closed alpha, you can still pre-register for the Android version of PUBG: New State on Google Play. Pre-order the iOS version here on the App Store. I’m curious to see how PUBG: New State runs on modern iOS devices. Hopefully the upcoming test has some gameplay showcased.
