Following Devolver Digital’s release of My Friend Pedro: Ripe for Revenge (Free), it has been updated with some monetisation changes today. At launch, My Friend Pedro: Ripe for Revenge was free to start with a single in app purchase of $2.99 to unlock premium. Today’s update changes it to allow ad-supported gameplay for all levels for free including checkpoints with premium now removing ads and including the Blood Rush game mode. My Friend Pedro: Ripe for Revenge has 37 levels including vehicle-based ones. If you hadn’t tried it before, you can now play through all the levels for free with ads and buy the same premium unlock (existing premium owners will not see ads) to remove ads and get access to the Blood Rush game mode. Since launch, My Friend Pedro: Ripe for Revenge has been played by over 1.25 million players as well. We featured it as our Game of the Week on launch.
