Exploration Game ‘The First Tree’ from David Wehle Is Coing to iOS and Android next Month

David Wehle’s The First Tree ($4.99) is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms. The third person exploration game arriving on Nintendo Switch actually opened the door to a mobile version since the optimisation for Nintendo’s hybrid system helped going by the FAQ on the official website for The First Tree. The First Tree tells two parallel stories. The first is a fox trying to find her family while the second story is a son trying to reconnect with his father in Alaska. I’ve not played The First Tree yet but every time I saw it on Steam or the eShop, the screenshots looked great. Watch the trailer for The First Tree below:

The First Tree is a short game with platforming, puzzles, and no enemies The trailer above that shows some gameplay also has great music. This definitely feels like a game right up my alley like Journey. A single play through for The First Tree is about 2 hours long going by the App Store description. David also confirmed that it will have controller support on mobile. It is currently available for $9.99 on other platforms and will cost $4.99 on mobile going by the App Store.
