A few years ago, Square Enix localised and brought Romancing SaGa 2 ($4.99) to the West for the first time through an iOS and Android release. This was the first time the game was released in English after it released in Japan back in 1993. Square Enix has rarely discounted the SaGa games on any platform while the Final Fantasy games see more regular discounts. Today, Square Enix is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the SaGa series with a massive discount for Romancing SaGa 2. Romancing SaGa 2 is priced at $17.99 usually and it is $2.99 for a limited time on both iOS and Android. Watch the trailer for it below:

I usually try and write about discounts when there are multiple games celebrating an event or for a rare discount. Today’s Romancing SaGa 2 discount is unlike Square Enix because the SaGa and Dragon Quest games rarely get good discounts let alone discounts on this level on any platform digitally.
