Ever since Bethesda brought back DOOM ($4.99) and DOOM II ($4.99) on the App Store and Google Play, both releases have been getting various updates with new content and fixes. One prior update added support for new add-ons, level select, and more features. Today, Bethesda have pushed out a new add-on for DOOM in the form of Deathless from James Paddock. I’ve been very pleased with the post launch support these releases have been getting on all systems. Watch the original reveal trailer below:
James Paddock has been involved in the DOOM community for a very long time and has brought out multiple music tracks including music for SIGIL and level packs. You can read more about what he’s done for DOOM here. His Deathless add-on with 25 new levels is now available as a free add-on once you link your Bethesda.net account to DOOM. It is a 7.16 MB download and I’ve just downloaded it to iOS and Nintendo Switch. If you haven’t already, you can get DOOM and DOOM II on the App Store and Google Play right now. It is going to be interesting to see if Bethesda eventually does bring DOOM 3 to iOS and Android. Did you buy both games on iOS or any other platform through these new releases?
