Last year, Aspyr Media released the Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm expansions on iOS. On consoles, both expansions released together as an expansion bundle. Today, 2K announced a new set of content for Civilization VI (Free) on PC and consoles in the form of the New Frontier Pass. This includes eight new civilizations, nine new leaders, new gameplay content, new game modes, and more. Watch the trailer for the New Frontier Pass below:

The first pack in the New Frontier Pass releases on May 21st in the form of the Maya & Gran Columbia Pack. Content is planned from May 21st until March 2021. 2K confirmed that this will be available later in the year on “mobile platforms". Hopefully Aspyr announces details for what iOS players can expect soon with pricing details. If you’ve not tried the base game on iOS yet, read our original review of the iPad version. We chose it as our Game of the Week when it released. The port is free to try for 60 turns and universal so give it a shot to see how it runs on your iOS device at least.
