Last week, La Moutarde brought Old School Musical to iOS and Android after it debuted on PC and Nintendo Switch last year. The game is an homage to the 8 and 16 bit eras as a rhythm game that has great controls on iPhone. I finally played Old School Musical last week and have enjoyed my time with it on iOS. It released on Android earlier than iOS through early access on Google Play a while ago and had its full release last week. Old School Musical – Pocket Edition (Free) is free to play. Watch the trailer for it below:
While the interface isn’t great on iPad, it works well on iPhone. Old School Musical – Pocket Edition includes a free pack for everyone to play right from the get go. It also has multiple paid music packs available. When it debuted on iOS, the developers said an update would arrive offering players songs for free after watching an ad. That update went live a few hours ago and you can now sample some songs for free after watching a short video ad inside Old School Musical – Pocket Edition. If you want to check it out, Old School Musical – Pocket Edition is available on the App Store for iOS here and Google Play for Android here. Have you tried it yet on mobile?
