Fans of Shokugeki no Soma rejoice as Food Fantasy, a delicious blend of JRPG and restaurant management, is set to launch next month. Pre-registration is now available on both iOS and Android, so you can whet that appetite by putting yourself down for a launch notification. iOS users, for whatever reason, will need to have updated to version 11.2.
With a cast of voice actors you may recognize (like Ray Chase of Final Fantasy XV or Christina Vee from practically every anime under the sun) Food Fantasy is billed as a ‘Food Personified’ free-to-play title where gorgeous anime artwork mixes with classic JRPG turn-based battle and typical time management elements to create something that hopefully tastes as sweet as it looks. And don’t worry, sub fans, the whole thing is dual language.
Food Fantasy comes from Chinese publisher ELEX, famed for their work with mega-hits like Clash of Kings and Love Nikki; which should give us an indication that it’s expected to be pretty good.

Oh man. This makes me wonder if Adventure Bar Story still works on iOS 11. I sure hope so, because this does not look like it would replace that for me!

I just found out that the sequel could be releasing soon. I'm excited for that as I had no idea that existed. Unfortunately Android will probably get it first if it gets localized.
