SEGA has finally begun sign ups for the closed beta for the English release of Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation. If you missed it, Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation is a mobile Shin Megami Tensei game from SEGA based on Atlus’ franchise that released in Japan and a few other countries in late January. Shaun sampled it at TGS 2017. Here’s a video showing off 10 minutes of gameplay from the English version below:
The closed beta sign ups are now live and you can sign up for them here. As expected, it will not be releasing all over the world but a few countries in English. The supported regions are US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Singpaore, Philippines, and Malaysia. The beta test will go on for a week and it will begin in June. If you sign up and get selected through their lottery system, you will get an email with more information.
If you have a Japanese iTunes Store account or use Google Play in that region, you can download Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation right now. I know a lot of folk aren’t willing to wait months for an English release. Check it out on the App Store and Google Play for free.
