SEGA’s Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation has finally released on both iOS and Android in Japan. Last week, it was announced that the SEGA developed game based on Atlus’ Shin Megami Tensei franchise, Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation, would release this week. It is now available on both platforms for free in Japan. Watch gameplay of it from TGS below:
SEGA will also release this in more countries after launch. There is no definite time frame but there are plans to bring it worldwide post launch. Once this releases worldwide, it will be the only Shin Megami Tensei game available on iOS 11 since the original hasn’t been updated and doesn’t look likely to get an update either. Pre-registrations were available on the official website before launch. The description on the storefronts mentions PvP battles, an easy Auto battle mode, and more.
If you have a Japanese iTunes Store account or use Google Play in that region, you can download Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation right now. Check it out on the App Store and Google Play for free.
