If you’re looking for a new MMO to sink your teeth in, the soft-launched Marching Legions might be it. The game brings in over 600 real world cities for you to conquer and plunder, a fun touch that can make for some entertaining moments (like plundering your hometown). You’ll have to do the usual like training soldiers and hiring and upgrading heroes to lead them, but the game also offers battle formations and tactics. For instance, you have the ability to flank your opponent or use decoys to draw them into an ambush and take them out.
I like the idea of an MMO using actual tactics because that may make Marching Legions much more fun to play. As you would expect, the game also includes the ability to cooperate with other players but also lets you coordinate real-time attacks. The game has soft launched in Canada, Australia, Germany, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, so go check it out. If you don’t have an account in any of those territories, use our soft launch guide to make one.
