Super Mario Run [Free] is out on Android everyone! Nintendo decided that Android players shouldn't wait for tomorrow, March 23rd, to play Super Mario Run, so it released the game one day early. As was the case with the iOS version, the game is free to download but will cost you $9.99 if you want to play beyond the four first courses. Super Mario Run is a great game, and if you're an Android user, you should definitely at least download it and give it a shot. In addition to the Android version launching today, the iOS version was just updated to 2.0. If you haven't read our story about it, version 2.0 brings new playable Yoshis to the game. These Yoshis come in different colors, and when you play Toad Rally with a Yoshi of a particular color, you get more Toads of that color.

The update also changes the appearance rates of different colored Toads in Toad Rally, which should help you get more of them more easily. And there are also other changes that should make it easier to play and to collect Rally Tickets. Head to our forum thread for more details on the new update.

If you already own the iOS version and then login using the same My Nintendo ID on an Android device then you get full access to the game. No need to pay twice!

I just installed it on my Kindle Fire and logged in and the full game including all my scores, rally tickets etc are all there
