People seem to really dig real-life profession simulators these last few years, with games like Euro Truck Simulator becoming way more popular than pretty much anyone anticipated they would. So, it shouldn't be a surprise that we are getting Construction Simulator 2, the sequel to the game released back in 2014, on mobile March 23rd. The upcoming game will take you to the fictional state of Westside Plains and put you in charge of a small construction company trying to become the biggest one around. The game will have you excavating foundation pits, pouring concrete or paving roads, controlling those huge cranes, and so on. Fun stuff. The game will also add road construction, a feature that many players of the original game apparently have been asking for.

Construction Simulator 2 will have you using machinery from makers such as Cat, Liebherr, Palfinger, and many more, and I'm pretty sure it will offer countless hours of zen-like relaxation to many of you. And you'll get to explore a 7.5 square km game world, so plenty to do. The game releases March 23rd for iOS and Android.

Good news. The platform needs games like this as well, not just runners/puzzles/clashes

I was going to try a joke about Caterpillar being raided, and PricewaterhouseCoopers' terrible PR week...
But business news humor is difficult.

I have high hopes for this one.

I just realized, Cat and Komatsu are the only heavy vehicle and mobile equipments manufacturers that I know of and I've been in the mining industry for close to 10 years now.
I might actually pay attention and learn something if I get this.
