A pretty interesting trailer rolled across our desk here at TouchArcade today for an upcoming strategy game from developer Selva Interactive called Nanuleu. The story of Nanuleu is that long dormant ancient magical trees that can protect the land from dark forces have awoken, sensing a new threat coming. Your job is to gather resources, expand your territory, and plant the trees strategically to take on the approaching evil forces. It uses a clean and minimalist visual style that reminds me a lot of one of the best strategy games on iOS, Rymdkapsel ($3.99). Check out the trailer for Nanuleu.
Nanuleu won 2nd place at the Indie Game Maker contest for 2015, and will be Selva Interactive’s second release on iOS following the similarly minimalist castle defense game Tale of The Dragon Army (Free). I’m really sold on the slick trailer for Nanuleu, and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on it when it arrives next week on June 30th at a price of $2.99. Until then feel free to check out the discussion in the forums for Nanuleu.
