While I know most Minecraft: Pocket Edition [$6.99] players are quite happy with the recent redstone update, I also know that we want even more features added to the game. Well, it looks like the 0.14 update shouldn't be too far into the future (judging from the current rate of update release) and it should come packed with even more redstone goodies that will make building in MCPE even more entertaining (and challenging). According to a recent tweet by Jason Major, a Minecraft developer, we should be getting hoppers, droppers, and redstone comparators in the upcoming update, and with pistons probably coming too, we should be able to create all kinds of automation. Fun times for the creative (lazy) players among us.

In addition to the redstone-related items, we will be getting such crucial fixes as Mushroom islands having large mushrooms once more, dog collars showing their dye again, and armor showing on the outside of zombies and skeletons. I'm quite happy with the current rate of development, and I can't wait to see even more features come to the mobile version, first among them the music since it really adds a lot to the game. I have no release date for 0.14, but I wouldn't expect it to be too far into the future.

    What about redstone repeaters? ;-;

    Laziness is the mother of creativity. Yes I made that up.

    I've been playing MC since 2011 and I've never once truly played around with redstone beyond power lighting and doors. But I'm sure a lot of other people will be excited for this update! Personally I'm just waiting for them to fix the MFI control issues with the game. It's currently unplayable with my Mad Catz CNTRi so I hope they fix it soon as I'm not a fan of virtual controls

      I have the steel stratus and it works....

      When I say works I mean, technically. The buttons correspond just fine, however I cannot input two commands at once. This means if I move my direction slightly while mining, the mining restarts. It also means trying to attack and move is a joke. You can even turn and run at the same time. So, yes, it technically works, but it's horrible.
