It’s been a Star Wars-heavy day in the world of iOS news, with KOTOR being on sale and the release of Star Wars Journeys (not to mention the new Star Wars Pinball tables that released yesterday), so let’s keep this train a’rolling, shall we? In celebration of Star Wars Day, May the 4th, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga (Free) is having a sale on their in-app purchases.
The initial download of the game has always been free, with various parts of the full game available to unlock through IAP. The current sale sees the unlocking of the Prequel Trilogy Bundle drop from $3.99 to $1.99, and the Original Trilogy Bundle down to $2.99 from $4.99. Or if you want to go big the Complete Saga Game Pack has been reduced from $9.99 down to just $4.99, and includes the previously mentioned bundles. If you haven’t unlocked anything in the game before, the Complete Saga Pack is probably the way to go. In addition, an official trailer for Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga has finally been released.
The Lego Star Wars games, and pretty much all the other Lego adventure games based on various movies that have been released, are well worth playing and contain hours and hours of content to play through, including a multitude of Lego Star Wars characters to collect. The only real downside is that the app size is pretty hefty, weighing in at just about a gig, but if you have the room to spare I’d definitely take advantage of this sale. I’m sure there will be plenty more Star Wars related iOS news leading up to May 4th, too.
