It’s Wednesday again, and here we are with another load of new games. Like last week, the haul is significantly less than average, but that’s just sort of in line with how incredibly slow Q1 has been in iOS after everyone and their grandmother released their game(s) over the holidays. Anyway, look forward to this stuff at 11:00 PM Eastern.
After Burner Climax, $2.99 – Forum Thread – The Afterburner series has a ton of pedigree behind it, and I think we’re all totally stoked to see it on iOS. We’re planning on doing a TA Plays of this tomorrow if you want to wait for that before committing to the download.
Be Together, 99¢ – Forum Thread – It’s another super cute physics-centric puzzle game from Chillingo with a three star system and 60 included levels.
Krashlander – Forum Thread – I’m really digging the simplistic art style of this game. Check out the thread in the forums, the word on the street is it’s pretty difficult.
Metal Slug 2, $3.99 – Forum Thread – While $3.99 might seem steep for an arcade shooter like this, consider if you ever actually played it in arcades I’m not sure you could get through the first few levels on less than four bucks in quarters.
Pinwar, $1.99 – Forum Thread – A multiplayer pinball game, complete with a table editor and two player single device capabilities. That’s always a ton of fun.
Roar Rampage, 99¢ – Forum Thread – If punching things as a giant monster is your thing, boy, do I have the game for you.
