Back in August we checked out the trailer for an upcoming game called Micro Vendor Adventures which had one of my favorite premises ever. Basically it told the story of when you order a soda from a machine and how that soda actually gets to you. It’s actually a MUCH more complicated affair than you might have thought. When you order a drink, a little robot called a Micro Vendor must retrieve your drink of choice and hoist it above its head before carrying it through a gauntlet of hazards and challenges before delivering the frosty beverage to you. Gameplay-wise this happens by you manipulating parts of the environment to create a safe path for the little Vendor to travel through. It’s such a cute idea, and I love thinking that there’s a little robot inside of vending machines working its butt off to deliver your treats to you. When we posted about Micro Vendor Adventures in August, the developers were looking for beta testers to help tighten up the game in preparation for its release. Well now a couple of months has passed and Micro Vendor Adventures is all finished up and has an official release date of next Wednesday, November 7th.
