One of my favorite upcoming games that I had a chance to play at GDC last month was Unpossible from developer Acceleroto, a twitchy obstacle avoidance game. I’ve been hoping the release would be coming up soon, and to my delight earlier this week it was announced that Unpossible will be launching on April 17th, just a couple of weeks away. To get an idea of what Unpossible is all about, check out our hands-on video with developer Bryan Duke from this past GDC:
If you like twitchy arcade games like Super Hexagon, Pivvot or Duet, then I think you’ll get a real kick out of Unpossible. It’s not the first game of this kind, but it’s polished to a high degree with a silky-smooth framerate and crisp visuals. It gets my heart racing, that’s for sure. Unpossible will launch as a premium game, likely under the five dollar mark, without any IAP shenanigans. Mark your calendars for April 17th.

I mostly agree with the review, although I don't think it's like a kids game. I completed all the levels and I still wanted to keep playing. You get really satisfied when you finish a level and you just go on to the next. Also the layouts of all the levels are different, so it's not as repetitive as the reviewer stated.
I'm highly satisfied with my $2 spent on this game and probably got more play than with most of the "big name" premium games released over the past several weeks. In terms of getting your money's worth out of a game, Donut Games never fails to deliver, at least not for me :)

Sounds like essentially more levels for the original. If they did that as a one-time IAP, some users would complain bitterly. If they make it separate, a different set of users would complain. But either way, if people who like the game want more levels, it's nice that they're available. True sequels are fun, but more levels are fun too.
As long as it's priced in the right range for a simple level pack (say $3 or so max) it seems like a good buy.
(Flatulence is not a big draw for me! But I've enjoyed almost all Donut titles. Sometimes you want something simple like this!)
You guys (TA) are going to the penny arcade expo (PAX) east?
"Just like in real life, this launches the little fellow up in the air"... This made me poop a little.
Well, the Donut Games I have played so far were interesting, and this game was interesting as well. I don't really think its a kids game also.
