WWDC 2013 in San Francisco kicks off this afternoon, and yeah, Apple has a keynote event lined up. It starts at 1PM EST, 10AM PDT and you don’t have to be in SF to watch it. If you’ve got an Apple TV, for example, you can view it on there by clicking on the Apple Events channel. If you want to catch it on your computer, you can hit up the Apple home page, which should be streaming it live.
If you’re the type of dude who wants to see it spoiler-free later in the day, our sister site MacRumors has you covered — just head over to this post later in the day.
What will see at the keynote? Is a new, flatter OS in the cards? How about a re-tooled Game Center? Or new devices? Who knows! That’s a big part of the fun.
We’re at WWDC right now, by the way, so expect some live coverage from the event as it continues through the week. Also, if this keynote later has some game-related stuff to share, we’ll definitely post some stories.
Interested to see what things Apple will be bringing to the table this year. I'm guessing a slightly more powerful iPhone and iPad. May as well throw a new Mini in there as well. lmao
They need to consider revamping their OS system, especially on their Macs.
Why? Seems great to me. When compared to Windows 8, seems LUDICROUSLY great. :)
Vistas looks great compared to Windows 8...
Says the guy who has never tried windows 8, but heard it from the Internet.
Actually, smartass, I've had 8 on my gaming desktop since it came out for beta and I've regretted it since. As far as an OS goes I actually think it is a step in the right direction for consumer friendliness. However it is a step back for gaming in regards to ram communication between the bridges and card as well as several other point to point communicate transfer protocols for graphically intense operations. Is that a better answer for you?
Hahaha. Nice rebuttal. He can't come back now. Watch.. No comeback.
The Internet is always right ...
Did you even read the its above yours???
That should have read "post above yours" lol
Ya, you can shut it now, troll.
Having used W8 on my laptop for awhile now, I quite like it. I think most people either see the optional Modern UI and run away, or haven't even tried it at all and are just jumping on the hate train.
Actually allowing their OS to fully utilize the hardware it's installed on would certainly go a ways to convincing me Macs are worth the cost. Of course if they did that Macs would lose their coveted "stability" status. Sort of a catch 22 in that regard. I just can't bring myself to pay $1000+ for an OS...
iOS 7
What if you want to watch it on an apple device?
It's on the Apple site--I tried to post the link but the spam filter stopped me.
I'm hoping they announce iJobs. The new virtual CEO of Apple programmed from the engrams of the late Steve Jobs.
