HoYoverse is back with more news today following the new Honkai Star Rail update. We also learn that Genshin Impact (Free) will be getting its next big update on November 8th for iOS, Android, PS5, PS4, and PC platforms. This update, titled “Masquerade of the Guilty" will bring in the climax of Fontaine’s main storyline. In terms of new characters, Furina, the Hydro Archon, and Charlotte, the ace reporter join in the action. Genshin Impact 4.2 will also add two new regions with a high tower, the foggy forest, a roiling lake, and more World Quests for players alongside seasonal events. As usual, pre-installation should go live on Monday morning on mobile and PC platforms for Genshin Impact 4.2. Full patch notes will be available a few days prior to launch as well. If you’ve not gotten it yet, you can download Genshin Impact for free on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. If you play on iOS, with iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later, you can use PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers to play Genshin Impact.
