TouchArcade Rating:

Razer recently launched the Razer Kishi V2 for Android, with the iPhone model set to launch soon after. The new Razer Kishi V2 for iPhone is now available. We’ve been using it for a bit, and will have more to say about it soon. Alongside the Razer Kishi V2 for iPhone, the Razer Nexus (Free) is available with full support for installed games, streaming, and more. This app replaces the old Kishi app. The Razer Kishi V2 retails for $99.99. Compared to the original, the Razer Kishi V2 includes programmable multifunction buttons, a dedicated screenshot and video record button, dedicated button to launch the Razer Nexus app, and more improvements to the buttons.

With the Razer Kishi V2, the Backbone finally has some real competition in the space. I haven’t used either yet myself, but it is good to see more options available with so many new features on the iOS side of things. The Razer Kishi V2 requires iOS 15.4 or later. More details including dimensions and more are available on the official website here. The controller is available on the Razer website, Amazon, and more. iOS 16 is going to be even more interesting now with the Razer Kishi V2 joining the fray and Nintendo controller support coming as well. Do you own the original Razer Kishi or a Backbone controller and what do you think of the Razer Kishi V2?
