Feral Interactive’s premium mobile conversion of Total War: Medieval II ($14.99) released back in April this year on both iOS and Android worldwide following pre-orders and pre-registrations going live. Read my review of the iOS version here. Feral Interactive previously confirmed to me that the big Kingdoms expansion that released for the PC version will be arriving for iOS as paid DLC. Today, a huge update has gone live for the base game on iOS and Android bringing quality of life improvements, UI enhancements, and more. Watch the launch trailer for the game below:
The full patch notes for Total War: Medieval II version 1.3 are here. These include End Turn speed improvements, notch device screen rotation support, tapping with two fingers to hide the UI, many improvements and enhancements to the interface alongside crash fixes, and more. The team will now be focusing on the expansion the blog post claims. Total War: Medieval II is priced at $14.99 or regional equivalent on both iOS and Android.
