Innersloth recently revealed the Shapeshifter role for Among Us (Free) giving players a look at one of the new roles coming soon to the game (then). Today, Among Us version 2021.11.09 has gone live on all platforms bringing in four new roles (!), the Cosmicube system, achievements, new customization options, and more. This update follows prior updates that brought in controller support on mobile, the Vent cleaning update, and more. The Shapeshifter is a new imposter role. Read about it here. The new crewmate roles include Scientist (access vitals at any time and complete tasks to recharge battery), Engineer (can use the vents), and Guardian Angel (can protect remaining crewmates with a protection shield). These roles are customizable as well. Check out the update in action in the trailer below:

This update includes free and paid customization options and there is a new branching Cosmicube system. It will include more free and paid sets as well. These are all purely cosmetic. The Steam and mobile purchases before carry over. The update also has controller changes and some account linking changes. Read about them here.
