It was way back in August of 2019 that developer Virtual Realms first announced Warhammer: Odyssey, an upcoming mobile MMORPG set in the Old World portion of the greater Warhammer universe, and it would be more than a year afterwards before we heard from the game again when they unveiled a teaser trailer back in September of this year. With an early 2021 release still in sight, things are starting to ramp up in terms of new Warhammer: Odyssey news, and today Virtual Realms has unveiled an extremely cool looking new trailer for the game, which you can see right here.
This new trailer is certainly more exciting than the one from September which only really showed a selection of environments in the game. Here we get treated to some lovely cinematic scenes showcasing the game’s various classes before getting a glimpse of those very same characters in what appears to be actual in-game footage. I dig it! Sign-ups for potential beta testing have been open for a long time over on the game’s website, so be sure to drop your email into the bucket if you want to be considered, and the game’s official Facebook page is also a good place to keep up to date on any further Warhammer: Odyssey news.
