Pokemon Home (Free) is still set to get connectivity with Pokemon GO (Free) as confirmed in the last broadcast from The Pokemon Company. Today, a new update has gone live for not just Pokemon Home but also Pokemon Sword and Shield with new expansion pass content. Pokemon Sword and Shield: The Crown Tundra is now live on Nintendo Switch for expansion pass owners and the new update for Pokemon Home brings in support for this new content and adds in a new save feature for searching and sorting in Pokemon Boxes. Trade ranking now has a new Popular Pokemon category as well. This doesn’t include special Pokemon. Watch the trailer for Pokemon Sword and Shield: The Crown Tundra below:
With the seemingly final expansion for Pokemon Sword & Shield out now and the update for Pokemon Home also available to bring in support for new content, hopefully the developers can give players a release date for the Pokemon GO integration in Pokemon Home. If you’ve not downloaded it yet, Pokemon Home is available for free on the App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android, and the eShop for Nintendo Switch. Details for the paid plans are available here. Check out the official Pokemon Home website here.
