League of Legends: Wild Rift was revealed alongside other projects from Riot Games for multiple platforms a while ago and I’ve been waiting to be able to play it. While Teamfight Tactics and Legends of Runeterra released worldwide already, League of Legends: Wild Rift has been slowly opening up for more people to play over the months. League of Legends: Wild Rift is Riot Games bringing League of Legends to mobile and console platforms with tweaked gameplay in an experience that will feel great and tailored to the platforms. Watch the initial gameplay reveal here. League of Legends: Wild Rift was also heavily featured in the iPhone 12 event alongside 5G. Today, Riot Games revealed a regional open beta for the game beginning later this month. Watch the developer update video below also detailing the next update:
League of Legends: Wild Rift‘s regional open beta will be available to all players in Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand from October 27th. In December, the open beta will expand to Europe, Oceania, Vietnam, and Taiwan. Riot Games’ plan is to bring it to the Americas in Spring 2021. At the end of this month, players will also be able to purchase K/DA ALL OUT Seraphine, Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa using League of Legends: Wild Rift‘s paid currency as a part of K/DA’s game collaborations. Check out the official League of Legends: Wild Rift website here. You can pre-register for it on Google Play for Android here as well. What do you think of the gameplay so far and are you looking forward to League of Legends: Wild Rift on mobile or console platforms through the regional open beta or will you be waiting for the full launch?
