Mario Kart Tour (Free) has been getting loads of updates over the last few months across new tours and multiplayer. The recent update even added a team game rule and room code feature. Detail for those features are here. Today, Nintendo reveals a new tour in the form of the Jungle Tour for Mario Kart Tour that brings in Dixie Kong and Funky Kong in addition to the Rambi Rider kart. It is worth noting that Dixie Kong hasn’t appeared in a Mario Kart game until Mario Kart Tour. Watch the trailer for the Jungle Tour below:

A lot of Mario Kart fans will no doubt be wondering if Nintendo will add Dixie Kong to the main Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game on Nintendo Switch. It is unlikely as that game hasn’t really received any major update barring Labo support and it continues to sell better than every single game on Nintendo Switch.
