We usually don’t hear about Apple Arcade games that are releasing in the near future until the game has gone live directly on the App Store as has been proven each week for a while now. Lightning Rod Games just announced that their game A Fold Apart that was scheduled for consoles, PC, and Apple Arcade finally has a confirmed release date. It is worth noting that the team clarified that the PS4 and Xbox One versions of A Fold Apart are pushed back because of the coronavirus pandemic. The PC, Nintendo Switch, and Apple Arcade versions all release next week. Watch the launch trailer for A Fold Apart below:
A Fold Apart is a paper folding puzzle game about long distance relationships. There are 50 puzzles included in the game with some very relaxing music. The art in the trailer above is gorgeous. I can’t wait to play A Fold Apart next week when it arrives on Apple Arcade, PC, and Nintendo Switch on April 17th. It will be $19.99 on PC and Nintendo Switch. Here’s the official website of the game. Check out our dedicated Apple Arcade forum for discussion on the service and every game included here. What do you think of the additions and pace of new games so far?
