‘Monster Hunter Riders’ from Capcom Is Out Now on iOS and Android in Japan

Recently, Capcom announced a new mobile Monster Hunter game in the form of Monster Hunter Riders for iOS and Android. Monster Hunter Riders is a free to play game that looks like it follows the fantastic Monster Hunter Stories in terms of aesthetics with characters that look older. It was originally set to release on February 29th going by the original App Store listing in Japan. Monster Hunter Riders has gone live today on both iOS and Android for free. Watch the new trailer for it below:

Monster Hunter Riders is set in a world where monsters and riders live together. The game features popular monsters from the franchise like Rathalos, Zinogre, and more with others to be added in future updates. It is free to play with in app purchases. Capcom also released another gameplay video you can watch below:

If you’re interested in checking it out while it is available only in Japan, you can download it on the App Store for iOS here and Google Play for Android here. While an English localisation has not been announced yet, hopefully Monster Hunter Riders does arrive in the West in the future given how big the Monster Hunter brand is right now here. Until then, I’ll be spending some more time in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Check out the official Japanese website here. Did you enjoy Monster Hunter Stories on iOS or Android?
