We’ve been covering The Elder Scrolls: Legends (Free) for a while now across its many expansions through card reveals and more. At E3, Bethesda has always announced interesting things in the form of either expansions or ports for The Elder Scrolls: Legends. Over the weekend, Bethesda announced some sad news for the game on all platforms. While the previous roadmap for the game had new content set to arrive this year, development has been put on hold for any new expansions and content.
As of now, The Elder Scrolls: Legends will be playable and can still be downloaded on all existing platforms. The online and single player modes are all functional. Any new content and expansions will no longer be in development for the game. The Elder Scrolls: Legends is basically in maintenance mode for Bethesda. This will not affect the Asia-specific verion of The Elder Scrolls: Legends that is being operated on its own.
Bethesda is offering all players The Tamriel Collection for free in game. You can earn this which includes three attribute cards and more for free by logging in to The Elder Scrolls: Legends. This announcement likely confirms that the console versions of The Elder Scrolls: Legends are cancelled. Do you still play The Elder Scrolls: Legends regularly?
