During GDC this year we sat down with Armor Games, who are always up to something on a variety of gaming platforms. In this instance they wanted to show us the upcoming action platformer Adventure Pals from developer Massive Monster, which is slated for a number of platforms including the Nintendo Switch (though no mobile plans at the moment). And hey, since we’ve been dipping our toes in the world of Nintendo Switch more and more, we were more than glad to see it in action. As you’ll see, Adventure Pals is heavily influenced by the style and irreverence of Adventure Time, but also has inspirations from such titles as Castle Crashers, Zelda 2, and Banjo Kazooie. While no specific release date has been announced, news on the launch plans for Adventure Pals is supposedly coming “very soon" and you can check out our hands-on time with it below.
