As we reported at the end of August, Gumi Inc is bringing their popular Japanese mobile strategy RPG For Whom The Alchemist Exists to mobile devices out West under the name The Alchemist Code, and today they’ve also fired up their pre-registration system for the game. This isn’t just any old pre-registration though, as Gumi has made sort of a game out of it. “Pre-registered players who execute daily logins and missions will receive Play Tickets that can be used to perform exciting pre-registration summons that contribute to the Pre-registration Milestone Campaign Rewards. The Pre-registration Milestone Rewards that can be unlocked include helpful in-game items that will be enjoyed by all players at launch, such as Apples of Accomplishment, Equipment Summon Tickets, Skip Tickets, Mianne (a 5* Potential Character) and Gems."
So uh, yeah, make sure to perform your daily logins and pre-registration summons(!?) to help reach those reward milestones. They sure do start training players early now, don’t they? In all seriousness though, The Alchemist Code looks like a top-tier production for fans of free to play social RPGs and turn-based strategy games. Alongside actually signing up for the pre-reg, you can also learn a ton more about some of the characters in The Alchemist Code at the pre-registration website, and to celebrate the launch of the pre-registration Gumi has released a pretty sweet The Alchemist Code sticker pack for iOS users as well as some nifty Live Wallpapers for the Android folks on Google Play. So be sure to hit the pre-registration website and look for the global launch of The Alchemist Code before the end of the year.
