Pokémon GO (Free) Safari Zone events are nearly here in Europe beginning as early as September 16. The Pokémon Company International and Niantic have detailed updates to the events. We also have a few new dates for Safari Zone events in Denmark, Czech Republic, Sweden, and the Netherlands. In addition to that, people unable to get tickets to the events will also be able to catch some of the Pokémon from Safari Zones throughout the city where the shopping center is located.
September 16 will see the Safari Zone event happen at Unibail-Rodamco Shopping Centers at CentrO in Oberhausen (Germany), Les Quatre Temps in Paris (France), and La Maquinista in Barcelona (Spain). Trainers partaking in these events will get special 2km eggs from PokeStops around the shopping centers and an in game medal. Kangaskhan, Chansey, Larvitar, and more Pokémon will be available in the area with the rare chance of spotting Shiny Pikachu or Shiny Magikarp. For the duration of the events at these shopping centers, there will be no Gym or Raid battles at said shopping centers.
Ticket reservation will happen through shopping center Facebook pages for Safari Zone events in Oberhausen, Paris, and Barcelona for September 16. October events are as follows:
Fisketorvet – Copenhagen, Denmark
Centrum Černý Most – Prague, The Czech Republic
Mall of Scandinavia – Stockholm, Sweden
Stadshart Amstelveen – Amstelveen, The Netherlands
Details for tickets and availability for the newly announced dates will happen soon.
Pokémon GO still seems to be showing no signs of slowing down unlike Super Mario Run that only made it to the news recently when it got pulled temporarily from the App Store. Check out our forum thread for Pokémon GO here.
