First ‘Exodus: Proxima Centauri’ Gameplay Video Looks Good

A few weeks back we wrote a story about the board game Exodus: Proxima Centauri coming to mobile soon, and now we have gameplay video of the game in our Upcoming Games forum thread. The video looks quite promising, and you can see how the developers are adding 3D spaceship battle scenes that should bring the action to life. If you don’t know much about Exodus: Proxima Centauri, the game is inspire by Stanislaw Lem’s The Magellanic Cloud and is all about humanity building a new civilization after Earth was destroyed in a nuclear holocaust.

There are six factions vying for supremacy in this 4X game, and each player gets to build a space fleet made up of customized ships, conquer plants, negotiate and vote for political decisions that affect the universe, and more. The game will include both single-player and asynch cross-platform multiplayer and should be coming out this summer.
